1. Online (Digital) Courses

Our online courses provide instant access to valuable educational content. Due to the nature of digital materials:

• Non-Refundable Policy: Once course access is granted, fees are non-refundable.
• Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the course, verified by our support team.
• Refund Request Timeline: All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase for consideration.

2. Offline (In-Person) Courses

We understand that plans can change. Our offline course refund terms are as follows:

• Cancellation Before Course Start:
  • You may cancel up to 7 days before the course start date and receive a refund, subject to a 20% administrative fee.
• After Course Commencement:
  • Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable.
• Course Transfers:
  • You may request to transfer your enrollment to another batch or course within 5 days of the start date, subject to availability.

3. Physical Products

We sell books, learning materials, and other physical items to support your learning journey.

• Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Defective or Wrong Products:
  • If the product is damaged in transit or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used books, printed materials, and stationery cannot be returned once opened or used.
• Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

1. অনলাইন (ডিজিটাল) কোর্স

আমাদের অনলাইন কোর্সগুলো তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে শিক্ষামূলক কনটেন্টে প্রবেশাধিকার দেয়। ডিজিটাল সামগ্রীর প্রকৃতির কারণে:

• ফেরত অযোগ্য নীতি: একবার কোর্সে প্রবেশাধিকার প্রদান করা হলে ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• বিশেষ পরিস্থিতি: শুধুমাত্র নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে:
  • ভুলবশত দ্বিগুণ পেমেন্ট করা হলে।
  • টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার কারণে কোর্সে প্রবেশ করতে না পারা (আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম দ্বারা যাচাই সাপেক্ষে)।
• রিফান্ড অনুরোধের সময়সীমা: কেনার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।

2. অফলাইন (সরাসরি) কোর্স

আমরা বুঝি পরিকল্পনা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। আমাদের অফলাইন কোর্সের রিফান্ড শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপ:

• কোর্স শুরুর আগে বাতিলকরণ:
  • কোর্স শুরু হওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিন আগে পর্যন্ত বাতিল করলে রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে, তবে ২০% প্রশাসনিক ফি কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
• কোর্স শুরু হওয়ার পরে:
  • কোর্স শুরু হয়ে গেলে ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• কোর্স ট্রান্সফার:
  • কোর্স শুরুর ৫ দিনের মধ্যে অন্য কোনো ব্যাচ বা কোর্সে ভর্তি স্থানান্তরের অনুরোধ করা যাবে, আসন খালি থাকলে।

3. ফিজিক্যাল পণ্য (বই ও শিক্ষাসামগ্রী)

• রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা:
  • ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে যদি তা অপ্রযুক্ত, অক্ষত এবং আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকে।
• ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য:
  • ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য হলে আমরা বিনামূল্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেব, যার মধ্যে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে।
• ফেরতযোগ্য নয়:
  • ব্যবহারকৃত বই, মুদ্রিত সামগ্রী এবং স্টেশনারি একবার খোলা বা ব্যবহার করার পর ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা:
  • ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য পাওয়া এবং যাচাইয়ের ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হবে।

4. রিফান্ডের পদ্ধতি

সব অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমেই প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হবে। সময়কাল আপনার ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারীর উপর নির্ভর করবে।

5. কীভাবে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করবেন

রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে:

• অর্ডার নম্বর এবং পেমেন্টের প্রমাণপত্র।
• অনুরোধের কারণ।
• ছবি (ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে)।
